On 20th April’2023, Texmaco Rail & Engineering Ltd (Largest producer of Freight cars in India) from India and Nymwag CS (3rd Largest producer of Freight Car in Europe) from Czech Republic has entered into a 51:49 Joint Venture Agreement to produce freight cars and components for India and exports, in India (Kolkata). The JV Company is named Texmaco Nymwag Rail & Components Private Limited.
